I just submitted a Small Loan Advantage 7(a) request to the Loan Guaranty Processing Center and SBA approved it in less than 1 week!

To apply for a SBA loan, you will need to provide:
1) Your personal financial statement
2) Your business and personal tax returns last three years
3) A current balance sheet and income statement for your business
That's enough to let you know if you are pre-qualified for a SBA loan.
