SBA 7(a) Loan Rate Update

Indices:

PRIME RATE= 3.25%
SBA LIBOR Base Rate January 2014 = 3.17%
SBA Fixed Base Rate January 2014 = 5.59%
Lenders can charge up to 2.75% over these indices.
