SBA LIBOR Base Rate August 2010 = 3.30%
SBA Fixed Base Rate August 2010 = 5.67%
A SBA 7(a) loan can go 2.75% above these indices.

To apply for a SBA loan, you will need to provide:
1) Your personal financial statement
2) Your business and personal tax returns last three years
3) A current balance sheet and income statement for your business
That's enough to let you know if you are pre-qualified for a SBA loan.
